INTRODUCING OPERATION WRAPPED IN WARMTH AND LOVE

We are a group of dedicated and caring people who wish to bring warmth and love to those seeking comfort in their time of need while in palliative care. We do this through wonderfully hand-made blankets. Each blanket is carefully hand-knitted to the individual's desired size and colors. Have you ever known someone who was in palliative care, and wondered what you might do to make them feel hopeful, warm, and embraced in love? Like many of us, you would want them to feel as comfortable as humanly possible. One way to ease their suffering and demonstrate your care and concern is to wrap them in a beautiful, hand-knitted blanket made of soft, plush yarn and soothing colors.

If a loved one you know is facing palliative care, such as a cancer or hospice patient, they qualify for a blanket at no cost to you or to them. If you are not in need of a blanket for a loved one but wish to contribute to this worthwhile charity, you can give a donation of any amount and help sponsor a blanket given to someone who matches this need. We also train volunteers who wish to help create and provide these beautiful offerings
